Terms and Conditions for Hyra's Customer Referral Scheme

Definitions

Referrer 

An individual who works for a customer of Hyra and shares details of the referral scheme with an individual at another company.

Referee

An individual who works for a company referred by a customer of Hyra, who requests a quote and/or places a first order with Hyra.

Existing customer 

A company that has placed an order with Hyra before the referral is made.

New customer

A company that has not previously placed an order with Hyra.

Terms & Conditions

• The referrer must work for an existing customer of Hyra

• The referred company must not have previously placed any orders with Hyra

• The referrer and the referee will receive £100 each when the new customer spends a total of £1,000 or more

• The incentives will become payable at the end of the month in which the cumulative orders by the new customer surpass £1,000

• The cost of hire, fuel and transport/delivery count towards the £1,000 total, whereas damages and deposits do not

• The payment, amounting to £100, will be transferred via bank transfer to the individual who made the referral and the individual who requested the first quote or placed the first order for the new customer (whichever happened first)

• Only one referral fee will be paid to the referrer and referee for each new customer

• Individuals must share their bank details with Hyra’s accounts team for payment processing

• To qualify for the referral reward, the referee must provide either the referrer's name or their work email address when requesting a quote or placing their initial order with Hyra. Referrals cannot be made after the first order has been placed by the new customer

• The offer is valid from 1 February 2024 until 30 April 2024

• There is no limit on the number of referrals a referrer can make

• Hyra reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice
   

By participating in Hyra's referral scheme, individuals agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Hyra retains sole discretion to determine the eligibility of referrals and reserves the right to amend these terms as necessary.
