Eric is on a mission to transform the hire industry. He set out to make hire seriously simple for customers, raising the bar so that exceptional service and quality equipment are the new standard for every hire customer across every industry.

Joe Bull
CMO
A data-driven and commercially focused marketeer, Joe grows scale-up businesses. Passionate about innovation, technology and the customer, he leads Hyra’s growth through customer acquisition, insight and long-term customer value.

Kane Weller
Sales Director
Kane heads up the Sales and Account Management team at Hyra. He leads by example, steering the team via a combination of proactive selling, coaching and data-driven insights. Kane is also instrumental in building our supply partnerships.

Ben Murphy
Key Account Director
Ben has an enviable track history in sales working for industry giants such as HSS and Gedore. A solution seller, Ben understands what sites require and ensures our customers get the high levels of service they deserve.

Andrew Jones
Head of Operations
Andrew is well-versed in managing expectations of demanding clients, contractors and suppliers alike having managed the facilities and estate services for Croudace Homes and property management companies.

Mark Eden
CFO
An ACCA qualified accountant who started in practice. Mark has spent most of his career as the financial lead for UK and US start-ups and scale-ups. He oversees all things financial at Hyra.

Dave Cranwell
Chief Technology Officer
With 20+ years’ experience in technology and process development, Dave heads up Hyra’s Tech team. Focused on AI, workflow optimisation and product development, he builds systems that streamline operations and improve customer and supplier experience.

Andrew Jones
Operations Manager
Andrew leads the charge on Operations. He facilitates on-time deliveries, coordinates collections and resolves damages and breakdowns. He enables customers to keep track of the kit they have on hire, site by site.
