No! Our standard solutions are built for trade customers who spend between £20,000 and £500,000 per year on plant and equipment. We keep the T&C's simple by using standard Hire Association Europe terms without variation. We are so confident of our service that we do not ask our customers for exclusivity or a minimum cancellation period. Our customer retention is industry-leading because of the extra value we deliver.

We do not charge a service fee or monthly fee for our bespoke hire desk service. You pay the usual hire charges only: weekly hire costs; transport; fuel used etc. We also pass on the benefits of efficiencies made by working closely together at no additional cost.

Yes! Our normal working hours are 7.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. However, we do support work activities, projects and events outside of these hours. Please talk to us and tell us about your requirement so we have the right phone, technical and operational support to match your needs. We will then document and share the agreed operational support plan to make sure it matches your requirements.

We support clients who have larger needs and wish to outsource or white label their plant hire and we deliver an extraordinary range of cost and value improvements. For these larger requirements we do request minimum contract terms.
