Festival season is here, hurrah! As the days get longer our minds drift to a summer of music, sport, theatre and pop-up dining - all outside of course. Bliss! Obviously this is tempered with the unpredictability of British weather, and we’re glossing over all the hard work that goes on behind the scenes to make UK festivals and events so renowned!

It’s all in the detail. Events companies across the country are tasked with making things work. It’s not just the enviable tasks of sorting out the line-up and selecting menus and cocktails, it’s the practicalities that hold the events together …
